Full Time Monday through Friday Day Shift

This is a shop support position with a clear path to grow into either a Customer Service Advisor or Automotive Technician.
We run a tight, organized operation with no chaos and no wasted time. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in what you do, we will train you and help you grow.

Primary Responsibilities
Shuttle customers to and from the shop
Wash and prepare vehicles for delivery
Perform quality control checks on completed vehicles
Assist technicians and service advisors
Help with drop off inspections and vehicle check in process
Use shop software Tekmetric to support workflow and communication
Clean shop floors, empty trash, and maintain facility cleanliness
Help with property upkeep, organization, and general maintenance
Do whatever it takes to keep the shop running efficiently
Basic Service Work as Needed
Oil changes and routine maintenance
Tire rotations, mounting, and balancing
Brake inspections and light brake work
Vehicle inspections
Growth Opportunities
Customer Service Advisor path including inspections, communication, estimates, and sales using Tekmetric
Technician path with hands on training and progression into higher level repair work
You will be trained in the latest shop management software, Tekmetric. Prior experience or familiarity is a bonus, but not required.

Must show up on time every day
Reliable and accountable
Clean cut appearance and professional attitude

Clean driving record required for insurance
Comfortable driving customer vehicles
Valid drivers license and insurable
Must provide proof of drivers license and insurance
Must provide three references
No time off during the first ninety days
No smoking in the facility or in vehicles
