Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Pasadena, TX. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing procurement and logistics, facilitating inspections, and expediting deliverables. The Project Manager will also collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure a seamless workflow. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Project Management, including project financials,
- scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks focused on ensuring project materials and deliverables meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and Quality Assurance
- Skills in Logistics Management, including planning and coordinating transportation and shipments
- Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working in the manufacturing or energy industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field a plus but not required with the right experience.
