We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and inviting.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of floors.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Maintain janitorial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as required to support overall operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively, including carpet cleaning and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments.
- Ability to work proficiently on your own or in a team based environment.
