Job Overview

We are a growing company in the printing industry providing binding equipment and supplies. The Administrative Assistant job offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Title:Administrative Assistant/Customer Service

Reports to: Head Administrative Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer the phone.

Data entry and filing.

Correspond with customers and vendors via email.

Keep inventory of literature, business cards, and support materials.

Manage inventory for supplies and equipment.

Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email.

Process credit card orders.

Handle general administrative tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Make occasional travel arrangements for staff.

Must know (or learn) ACT, Quickbooks and Excel.

Create ACT templates.

Scan and create PDF's.

Qualifications: Organized, computer literate, good spelling and grammar, good phone skills.

Education: Some college.

Measures of Performance(will be evaluated on):

Thoroughness with regards to detail.

Ability to prioritize and juggle workload.

Send out material in timely manner.

Maintain good records.

Ability to set up files and retrieve documents quickly.

Good computer skills.

Good phone skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Ability to Commute:

  • Garden City Park, NY Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Garden City Park, NY 11040: Relocate before starting work (Required)
