Pest Control Service Specialist
$18 to $22 per hour uncapped 15% commission

Spidexx Pest Control is looking for a people person who enjoys working with customers and wants a career where performance is rewarded.
Pest control experience is not required. Customer facing experience is.
We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in:
- Retail sales
- Restaurants and hospitality
- Wireless
- Automotive
- Home improvement
- Sales or customer service
The Job
As a Service Specialist you will visit residential customers throughout the New Orleans area and provide professional pest control services.
You will:
- Meet with customers face to face every day
- Inspect homes and identify pest issues
- Provide pest control treatments
- Explain your recommendations to customers
- Recommend additional services when you identify a customer need
- Manage your daily route independently
- Document services using a mobile device
This is an active outdoor job. You should be comfortable working in Louisiana heat, humidity and rain as well as occasionally working in crawl spaces and attics.

Spidexx has 9 locations across the country, and occasionally our teams need extra help in another market.
For employees who voluntarily choose to travel, we may provide paid travel, hotel accommodations and additional per diem while helping another branch.
