Pest Control Technician - Greater Des Moines area

- You Have Empathy: You understand that when a customer calls us, they are often stressed or scared. You don't just treat the house, you reassure the family living inside it.
The Role:
As a Field Technician, you are the face of Spidexx. You will manage a daily route of residential customers within the Greater Des Moines area. You will be driving a company vehicle, managing your own time, and interacting with customers who are happy to see you.
- Relationship Building: You aren't only applying pest control materials, you’re asking customers how their day is, explaining what you are doing, and providing peace of mind.
- Problem Solving: Every home is a puzzle. You will use your training and expertise to find the root cause of the issue and offer a real solution.
The "Must-Haves":
- Valid Driver’s License: You must have a clean driving record.
- Resilience: Ability to work outside year-round (heat, cold, rain) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professionalism: You are friendly, clean-cut, and able to work with little supervision.
- Geography: Must live in the Greater Des Moines area or plan to relocate.
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
