Spider Design, Inc. has been developing full-service digital marketing solutions to our large-scale clients for nearly 25 years. We work in a fast-paced, focused team that our clients depend on for their daily operations.
We are currently seeking a creative and structure-oriented team member who will be responsible for managing and publishing content within a complex enterprise portal ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with experience inside an enterprise-level content management system and have a background in HTML. Understanding of B2B2C networks with multi-brand considerations is a plus.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Aurora, IL. We are not able to offer remote work or relocation assistance.

Daily responsibilities:
- Publishing business-to-business marketing content within a client-governed Sitecore portal.
- Evaluating incoming content for accuracy and formatting consistency, then identifying how it fits into the existing site architecture.
- Coordinating with internal team members and brand stakeholders to clarify content requirements, gather missing assets, and move requests through to completion.
- Elevating branded content received through HTML and JavaScript components to create a more enjoyable experience.
- Developing and maintaining taxonomy, navigation design, search, and content strategy of a complex, multi-branded enterprise portal.
- Analyzing portal performance using Google Analytics to understand how users navigate the site and identifying ways to improve user experience.
- Conducting ongoing content auditing, inventory, and gap analysis.
- Evaluating user search terms and making adjustments to ensure users can quickly and easily find their content.
- Expanding metadata and synonym strategy to provide an optimized search experience.
Salary range:
- $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
