Position Summary
Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. We are seeking a compassionate clinician who enjoys building trusting therapeutic relationships and providing evidence-based care through individual and/or couples counseling.
Responsibilities
*Conduct thorough intakes and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
*Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and/or couples.
*Monitor client progress regularly and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
*Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of therapy sessions.
*Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
*Follow all legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health practice.
Qualifications
*Current independent licensure in New Hampshire (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) is preferred. Candidates who are license-eligible and working toward independent licensure are also encouraged to apply.
*Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
*Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and/or couples is preferred.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
*Strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth.

Compensation
Therapists are employed as W-2 employees and receive 60% of collected revenue. This is an employee position and not a 1099 independent contractor role.
