Duties
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is maximized
- Operate POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and cash handling with precision
- Taking and packaging carryout orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash register operations including opening, closing, and balancing cash drawers with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs professionally
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and basic food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Employees are generally expected to be on their feet for extended periods of time, lift moderate loads, and multitask
