A successful team member is high-energy, lives our company’s culture and values while assisting the management team with day-to-day restaurant operations.

In this job you will perform daily safety sensitive duties such as mixing ingredients and using sharp objects as well as operating machines and preparing food for patrons in the restaurant.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 16 to apply.
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift in the restaurant.
• Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with team members and guests.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
• Food service experience a must for this supervisor in training role.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work six-to-eight-hour shifts (this may vary).
• Expect some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours and potential additional opening/closing responsibilities.
• Demonstrate Tropical Smoothie Cafe's core values in all interactions.
