REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience, including progressive supervisory roles
- Must be legally eligible to work within state and federal guidelines
- Valid driver's license
- Serv Safe Certification preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds for tasks like stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash
- Frequent face-to-face interactions with team members and customers
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced café environment safely
- Capacity to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in sometimes stressful conditions
Background checks will be conducted for all new hires in this position.

- Hourly position with shared tips
