Key Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly dish area and ensure the dish machine is operating correctly.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists and complete tasks thoroughly.
- Sweep, mop, and assist in keeping kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.
- Assist chefs with basic food prep as needed.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and check out with a manager before leaving each shift.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role.
- Familiarity with commercial dish machines.
- Basic food prep or knife skills.
