Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and equipment to maintain a pristine appearance
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products to ensure availability at all times
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or health hazards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs
- Maintain a schedule of routine cleaning tasks while adapting to special requests or urgent needs as they arise
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning in all assigned areas
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods during shifts
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use is a plus but not mandatory
