Job Description
The Thermaxx Outside Sales Representative reports directly to the Sr. Business Development Manager and plays a key role in driving revenue growth within their assigned territory. This position is accountable for meeting or exceeding regional sales quotas by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strong customer relationships, and representing Thermaxx at industry events and trade functions. The role also requires consistent performance against established KPIs for lead generation, opportunity development, and outreach activity. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining a healthy and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring all deals are properly documented and forecasted. Additionally, the role participates in weekly sales and operations meetings to align on targets, coordinate project timelines, and support cross‑functional communication across the organization.
Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Position is remote in territory and will include visits to Facility / Industrial mechanical client sites
Travel
Moderate travel is expected

Compensation Range
$30,000.00 - $250,000.00
The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

- Achieving sales quota in their region
- Developing new business by following multi-step outbound motion
- Attending industry events
- Maintaining KPI for lead generation, opportunity creation, and others as required
- Managing sales pipeline in CRM
- Attending weekly sales and operations meetings
- Conduct and/or coordinate Heat Loss surveys and project implementation
- Extremely skilled in prospecting and new opportunity generation
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce, Oracle)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to tailor technical presentations to different audiences (C‑suite vs. facility staff)
- Comfortable presenting in-person as well as on virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom)
- Conversational knowledge of Steam and HVAC systems
