SPI Rentals, LLC is a leading full-service vacation rental agency on South Padre Island, managing nearly 200 homes and condos. We handle everything from guest services to maintenance, housekeeping, and property inspections, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team!
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests exploring our rental properties. Your goal is to build relationships, answer questions, and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new leads via phone and email
- Follow up with guests on quotes and inquiries
- Process online bookings and confirm reservations
- Respond to sales- and guest-related calls and emails
- Provide in-person property tours to interested guests
- Support the Guest Services team with arrivals & departures when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, goal-driven sales professional
- Strong phone and email etiquette
- Previous sales or customer service experience highly preferred
- Bilingual abilities a plus (not required)
- Knowledgeable, eager to learn, and comfortable mastering property details, procedures, and policies
Schedule & Availability
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week). Our office operates from 8:00 AM–11:00 PM during peak season and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM during the off-season, including holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas Day are typically observed as company holidays.
Typical shift schedules include:
- 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
