What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Inspector position at SPI Rentals, LLC?
SPI Rentals is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspectors to help maintain the high standards of our vacation rental properties. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to remain on staff after the season based on performance and company needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform light cleaning tasks (sweeping, touch-ups, trash removal)
- Ensure homes are properly stocked with company-provided essentials (soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.)
- Organize and arrange furniture, kitchenware, and closets to company standards
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure homes are guest-ready
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous housekeeping experience (hotels, condos, vacation rentals, or commercial properties) preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation required (weekly driving per diem provided)
Schedule:
- Typical shifts: 9 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM (varies by workload)
- Peak Season (Mar–Sept): 32-40 hrs/week OT opportunities
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed
