The opportunity:
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support operational execution across multiple SPI Products brands. This is a hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented role designed for someone early in their career who wants exposure to procurement, supply chain, and cross-brand operations in an entrepreneurial environment. We have a lean but exceptional team of professionals who are passionate about our brands and company, and we are looking for a candidate who can help elevate our business. This role works closely with senior ownership, supporting day-to-day execution while developing the skills needed for increased responsibility over time.
Key responsibilities:
- Support procurement activities including purchase orders, pricing updates, and vendor communication
- Assist with inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning
- Maintain and analyze operational data related to inventory levels, lead times, costs, and service levels
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Excel and internal systems
- Coordinate logistics and fulfillment activities with third-party partners and vendors
- Help document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support new product launches and brand initiatives with operational setup and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships or co-op experience a plus)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP, inventory systems, or QuickBooks (a plus)
- Familiarity with AI technology
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn across different industries
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented, problem-solving mindset

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus: Discretionary or performance-based bonus
