Sphinx Express is an expanding logistics and transportation company currently looking for a reliable and motivated Loader to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is essential to maintaining smooth daily warehouse and delivery operations by ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight, packages, and materials from trucks and trailers
- Organize and handle shipments in accordance with company standards
- Inspect goods for damage and report any concerns to supervisors
- Properly secure cargo to prevent damage during transit
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 lbs or more
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Previous warehouse or loading experience is an advantage, but not required
