Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality team, setting goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through to resolution and ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and records in compliance with ISO 9001 and company standards.
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve process capability.
- Collaborate with suppliers to define quality requirements, resolve escalated issues, and qualify new vendors.
- Manage product release/change control processes.
- Mentor, train, and develop quality staff to build expertise and strengthen organizational capability.
- Represent the company as the quality voice in strategic discussions with key customers and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or technical quality environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE) and customer-facing quality requirements.
- Experience with ISO 9001, auditing, and quality management systems.
