About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct guided research, gather data, and analyze technical information to support sustainability and GHG reporting project development and market analysis.
- Compile data for analysis and reporting.
- Assist in analysis, troubleshooting, and quality control processes.
- Accurately document task progress, results, and conclusions with project managers.
- Opportunities to visit active project sites. (Technical and safety training will be provided.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business development milestones.
- Attend team meetings, contribute ideas, and present findings as needed.
- Present research findings at the close of the internship.
- Ensure tasks comply with company policies, safety standards, and scientific best practices.
Technical Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in environmental sciences or a related field.
- Experience with field science or research (preferred).
- Strong understanding of scientific and engineering principles in sustainability and GHG reporting.
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Suite, Google Earth; GIS software (ArcMap or QGIS) and coding (R, Python).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to accept constructive feedback.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
