About the Job
We are currently hiring for an Assembler to support our local, industry-leading customers.
The ideal candidate will work a first shift with limited required overtime and be responsible for operating winding machines, manually winding products, and performing part assembly functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing assigned steps for electro-mechanical assemblies
- FOLLOWING DOCUMENTED PROCEDURES AND SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS USING DIGITAL TOOLS
- Performing self-inspection to ensure quality and consistency
- Meeting production output and quality standards
- Communicating progress and challenges regularly
- Complying with the Quality Management System
- Supporting additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Department Lead
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-4 years of experience in small or electro-mechanical assemblies (preferred)
- Ability to read design drawings and use basic tools
- Good mechanical aptitude and hand/eye coordination
