Our company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable clerk to
join our team! You will be responsible for answering phones, entering service calls, preparing
and examining invoices, statements, sales tax forms and reports, following up on payments, and
basic general office duties such as phones, filing, renewal license paperwork, permits paperwork,
W9’s, 1099’s etc.
Responsibilities:
- Answer 8 Line Phone System
- Greet Customers
- Enter Service Calls and Customers Order Requests
- Complete invoicing and send invoices to customers
- Issue Credits
- Monthly Statements and Accounts Receivable Monitoring, including calling customers to
- verify payments will be made
- Keep track of W9s and Insurance Certificates needed for customers and vendors.
- Sales Tax Reports and submission of sales tax exemption forms and sales
- Basic Office Tasks such as Phones, filing, organizing, calling customers and vendors
- Work with sales staff on sales transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Position Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
