Job Description:

The duties of this person will be to represent the “FIRM” in its entirety by personally assisting upper management with specific duties, processing, transactions, and audits according to the stringent industry laws and regulations.

• 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, data processing, or staff support role, preferably in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Physical:

• Standing / Walking,Repetitive Motion,Bending / Stooping / Kneeling,Pushing / Pulling

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience navigating enterprise databases or specialized processing software.
