Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary)
Pay: $21.06 per hour
Schedule: Mon – Fri | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Duration: Now – June (Potential for extension)
Location: Waseca, MN (Hybrid potential after initial training)

What You’ll Do
- Invoice Processing: Review and enter invoices, ensuring correct pricing, credit terms, and authorizations.
- Coding & Entry: Assign expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers.
- Vendor Relations: Manage vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve billing questions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Purchasing and Receiving to troubleshoot missing info or errors.
- Taxes & Audits: Assist with sales/use tax reviews and monthly vendor reconciliations.
Requirements
- Education: 2-year degree in Business/Accounting OR equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar AP or accounting role (Manufacturing experience is a plus).
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP or accounting software.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
