Role Highlights
- Direct Hire
- $100-$120k/year, bonus eligible
- Benefits: Health insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 401k
- Schedule: Flexible schedule with core hours of 9:30 am- 3 pm, Monday- Friday
- Onsite in Jefferson, WI - may allow for hybrid flexibility after 3 months of employment
- Design buildings and components utilizing programs and engineering standards and practices
- Update design programs with changing building codes to keep up with compliance
- Assist Estimators as needed for special steel requirements or estimates if workload dictates
- Experience with AutoCAD, Tekla, or RISA preferred
- Preference for experience in metal buildings work
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design and analysis
- 5 years experience in structural design
