Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively sell and secure new client accounts through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide effective solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve branch goals and operational excellence.
- Recruitment: Oversee and participate in the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
- Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including P&L, budget, and performance metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies and all relevant federal and state employment laws.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the staffing industry is required, with a proven track record of successful sales and business development.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within the staffing or recruitment industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and a solid understanding of the sales process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
