This is a fast-paced production facility that supplies delicious baked goods-pies, cupcakes, muffins, breads, and more-to local grocery stores. You'll play a crucial role in picking, packing, and supporting the production process from start to finish.Shifts & Pay: Consistent Weekend Work OR a Rotating 3-Day ScheduleGrave Shift: 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM | $16/hr (OT: $24.00)Responsibilities:* Load packaging materials and dump product into machines.* Hand-pack and stack product or cases onto pallets.* Monitor quality and remove any outdated or non-compliant product.* Keep work area safe and clean while following all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety procedures.Working hours: 5:30 PM - 5:30 AMSkills:* Previous experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented food production facility.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:* Excellent reliability and a strong commitment to attendance for the consistent weekend schedule.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.* Can stand, bend, and stay on your feet for a full 12-hour shift.* Comfortable working in environments between 40-85F degrees.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.* At least 6 months of previous production experience.* Must pass a national background check and drug screening.Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a team that keeps shelves stocked with everyone's favorite baked treats?
