Prepweigh Assembly

General Production & assembly workers in food manufacturing facility. Moving materials and working on a production line.

Responsibilities:
-- Navigate designated work areas on potentially uneven, wet, or slippery concrete surfaces.
-- Ability to stand and maintain a workstation position for 9-10 hour shifts with appropriate breaks and lunch periods.
--Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), USDA policies, and food safety programs to maintain product quality and integrity.
--Flexibility and Endurance: Maintain flexibility to work at least 40 hours per week with additional daily and weekend overtime as required to meet production demands.

Working hours: 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
-- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-- Effectively communicate with supervisors, team members, and support groups to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues that may arise.
-- Ability to execute repetitive tasks involving hand weighing, scooping, counting, and placing frozen or warm commodities at standard speeds.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-- Must be at least 18 years old
-- MUST have a min of 6 months similar work history to be considered
-- Must be able to pass background check
-- Must be able to pass employment verification
-- Must be able to read, write and speak in English WE REQUIRE AN ENGLISH READING AND COMPREHENSION TEST
