This is not an assembly line-this is a specialized, ISO-certified custom shop where you will build large-scale structural components and high-quality parts from the ground up.

If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, thrive in a heavy industrial setting, and can read a blueprint, we want to talk to you! We are currently seeking skilled individuals for the following three key positions:

Location: Blue Earth, MN
Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM OT
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire & Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
1. Structural Welders $21-$23
What you'll do: Perform high-quality production and structural welding (primarily MIG/Flux-Core) on large-scale steel projects and custom assemblies.
What it takes: Ability to read blueprints/weld symbols, pass a hands-on weld test, and ensure all welds meet strict internal quality and safety standards.

2. Custom Fabricators (Fitters) $19-$21
What you'll do: Act as the "builder" of the shop. You will read complex blueprints to lay out, grind, prep, and tack-weld raw steel parts together, creating the framework for final production.
What it takes: Strong spatial awareness, proficiency with hand tools (grinders, torches), structural fitting expertise, and experience utilizing material handling equipment to move large, heavy parts.

3. Fabrication Equipment Operators $22
What you'll do: Program, load, and safely operate heavy-duty industrial machinery to cut, bend, or shape heavy plate steel. (Equipment includes Press Brakes, Plate/Ring Rollers, Torch Cutters, Vertical Mills, and Industrial Saws).
What it takes: Strong mechanical aptitude, experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers), and the ability to strictly follow heavy manufacturing safety protocols.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous hands-on experience in welding, metal fabrication, or industrial machinery operation.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, weld symbols, or technical manufacturing drawings.
Tools & Measurement: Proficiency using standard hand tools (grinders, torches) and basic measurement tools.
Math Skills: Strong basic math skills for layout, angles, and measurements.
Physical Ability: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
