Alachua, FL
Schedule: Part-Time, In-Office (3 days/week)
Hourly Rate: $18-20/hour
Timeline: through end of February 2026
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Art & Design team with day-to-day tasks and project coordination.
- Perform administrative tasks including file organization, file packaging, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support image and asset management, including uploading and tagging files in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Conduct photo research and assist with illustration-related tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
- Build and maintain art logs to track assets, versions, and usage.
- Document organizational processes, workflows, and key decisions for clarity and consistency.
- Verify and organize permission forms to ensure compliance with usage rights.- Manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems.
Familiarity with Smartsheet.
Interest in illustration, photo research, and publishing.
