If you take pride in precision, love working with tools, and want a steady weekday schedule with long weekends off-this could be the perfect fit!

Work Schedule: Mon thru Thurs: 6:00AM to 4:30PM OR 3:00PM to 1:30AM

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components using hand tools
• Perform crimping, tinning, and soldering using standard techniques
• Identify and report defective materials
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Follow production schedules and directions from supervisors
• Assist with other duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read basic process instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) - complete math test
• Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with one employer
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Frequent hand and finger use - complete dexterity test
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Good close-up and color vision
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
