Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned and/or acquired national logistics clients, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related needs.
● Identify client pain points and propose tailored freight, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
● Grow account revenue by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing national accounts.
● Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
● Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
● Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance reports with key clients to assess satisfaction and highlight value delivered.
● Monitor logistics trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may impact client operations or company strategy.
● Use CRM systems to track sales activity, pipeline progress, and account status.
