What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator, AI & Marketing Operations position at Spheric?
About the Role
Amuze is looking for a sharp, organized Marketing Coordinator to support marketing across Amuze Products, Bar Partners, Pipeline Games, and future acquired brands.
This is a high-output coordinator role for someone who is already using AI as a serious work tool and wants to grow into a broader marketing operations role. You do not need to be a senior marketer or software engineer, but you do need to be comfortable learning new tools, managing messy projects, working with data, and using AI to move work faster.
Our outside agencies handle much of the specialized creative, SEO, paid media, and digital execution. Your job is to help turn business priorities into briefs, timelines, campaigns, reports, sales materials, workflows, and finished marketing assets.
What You'll Do
· Work directly with the CMO to keep marketing projects moving across multiple brands.
· Coordinate work with agencies, vendors, sales teams, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
· Turn rough ideas into clear briefs, timelines, project plans, feedback, approvals, and next steps.
· Support sales decks, product sheets, one-pagers, landing pages, emails, trade show materials, social campaigns, promotions, and partner marketing.
· Use AI tools to make marketing work faster, more organized, and more scalable.
· Build practical AI-assisted workflows for research, content planning, campaign tracking, reporting, data cleanup, sales enablement, and project management.
· Use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, ChatGPT, automation tools, dashboards, and AI-maintained working documents.
· Analyze marketing, sales, customer, product, web, and campaign data to identify useful insights and next steps.
· Help create dashboards, reports, campaign trackers, summaries, and performance updates.
· Use AI-assisted coding tools to prototype simple internal marketing tools, sales resources, landing page components, calculators, content systems, or workflow automations.
· Help build, launch, and improve social campaigns, product promotions, partner campaigns, and trade show campaigns.
· Review agency and AI-generated work for accuracy, brand consistency, business relevance, and quality.
· Improve repeatable marketing systems, including templates, SOPs, project trackers, campaign calendars, prompt libraries, and reporting workflows.
What We're Looking For
· 1 years of relevant experience in marketing, agency work, content, communications, project coordination, growth, analytics, or a similar role.
· Real hands-on experience using AI tools beyond basic chatbot prompts.
· Strong writing, editing, organization, and communication skills.
· Comfort working with spreadsheets, data, reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
· Ability to take messy inputs and turn them into useful plans, briefs, assets, reports, or next steps.
· Good judgment around brand, design, messaging, accuracy, and business relevance.
· High ownership, strong follow-through, and the ability to figure things out without perfect instructions.
· Curiosity about new AI tools and practical ways to apply them to marketing execution.
Important Fit Note
This role requires more than basic chatbot usage. If your AI experience is limited to writing help, class assignments, captions, or brainstorming, this is probably not the right fit.
You do not need to know every tool on day one. You do need real examples of using AI to build, analyze, organize, automate, prototype, or improve work.
Nice to Have
· Experience coordinating creative, SEO, digital, content, or PR agencies.
· Experience with B2B, hospitality, entertainment, franchise, multi-location, or trade show marketing.
· Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, email platforms, social scheduling tools, analytics tools, or dashboards.
· Examples of AI-assisted workflows, automations, dashboards, content systems, research processes, code-assisted tools, or campaigns.
