The platform also incorporates AI-assisted development workflows and AI-driven features, where engineers may contribute to prompt design, automation logic, and AI-enhanced processing layers.

The platform also incorporates AI-assisted development workflows and AI-driven features, where engineers may contribute to prompt design, automation logic, and AI-enhanced processing layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable integrations with external enterprise systems
- Develop event-driven architectures (webhooks, polling, streaming, API orchestration)
- Implement backend services using Node.js and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Process and normalize high-volume, real-time data flows
- Support AI-assisted product features, including:
- prompt design and optimization
- AI-driven automation workflows
- Ensure reliability of integration pipelines in production environments
- Handle API versioning, schema changes, rate limits, and backward compatibility
- Build and maintain testing pipelines (unit, integration, staging)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams
- Troubleshoot complex cross-system integration issues
- Maintain technical documentation of integrations and workflows
- 5–7 years as a Backend / Integrations Engineer
- Strong experience with Node.js or similar backend stacks - Node.js is preferable
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and distributed systems
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
- Understanding of prompt engineering basics
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Strong debugging and system troubleshooting skills
- Experience delivering features end-to-end (design → production)
- Comfortable working in complex distributed environments
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with enterprise integrations (ITSM, monitoring, collaboration tools)
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, API keys)
- Knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML)
