Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative and
Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role will
provide administrative and operational support to the executive team, assist with basic
marketing tasks, and help facilitate real estate transactions and development workflows.

Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and document preparation
- Coordinate vendors, deliveries and general office logistics
Real Estate Transaction Support
- Prepare and organize contracts, leases, and transaction documents
- Track key transaction deadlines and assist with closing checklists
- Communicate with brokers, attorneys, title companies and other third parties
- Maintain accurate records of property data, contracts and compliance
documents
Marketing & Communications
- Assist with updating marketing materials, presentations, and social media
accounts
- Coordinate photography, signage, and digital marketing content
- Assist with project management tracking and team coordination
- Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for internal and investor
communications
- Perform ad hoc research or administrative tasks to support the team
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, real estate, or marketing role (real
estate or development experience a strong plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Instagram, or basic design tools is helpful but
not required
- Self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple priorities with a
positive attitude
- Spanish and English speaker preferred
