Who are we hiring?

Sphere Studios is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Design team with a primary focus on presentation design, sales materials, and brand-forward visual communication. This role is central to shaping how Sphere tells its story – internally and externally – through compelling decks, pitch materials, and cohesive brand systems that support creative, commercial, and marketing initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for translating complex ideas into clear, visually engaging narratives across presentations and brand assets, balancing creative excellence with speed and precision. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in layout, typography, and visual storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong judgment around clarity, hierarchy, and polish.

What will you do?

• Design and build polished presentation decks, pitch materials, sales collateral, case studies, data visualization, infographics and brand documents for internal and external audiences
• Translate complex ideas, strategies, and data into clear, compelling visual narratives
• Partner with creative, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support business and creative initiatives
• Develop and maintain brand-aligned design systems, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability
• Create refined layouts, typography, and graphic elements that elevate clarity, hierarchy, and usability
• Support brand identity initiatives across digital and print touchpoints as needed
• Ensure all deliverables meet Sphere’s brand standards and are production-ready, polished, and audience-appropriate
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold design quality through final delivery
  
  

What do you need to succeed?

• 5 years of professional experience in a creative agency, design studio, or in-house environment with strong emphasis on presentation and brand design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience and understanding of data visualization principles, practices, and effective techniques
• Ability to develop clear and concise layouts incorporating data visualization, charts, and infographics
• Strong experience in PowerPoint and/or Keynote; familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Exceptional command of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems
• Proven ability to simplify complex information through design
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in client-facing materials
• Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating with creative and non-creative stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation design, brand systems, and visual storytelling across digital and print

Pay Range

$93,000—$120,000 USD
