What We're Looking For
- Hold (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license
- Masters Degree or Doctorate
- Are passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings
- Communicate effectively and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
- Bring strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach
- Are eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise
- 6 months of school-based experience

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Direct therapy conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
- Collaborate Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
- Provided supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
