Job Location: Corporate Indianapolis The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst Intern will work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. This role involves testing software products, identifying bugs, and assisting in improving user experience through detailed reporting and analysis. The intern will gain hands-on experience with software testing methodologies, tools, and processes in a collaborative, real-world environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios. Collaborate with QA Engineers and Developers to ensure consistent project execution. Document test cases and defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Reflect). Assist in testing website features, content deployments, and operational workflows. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Report bugs and errors to development teams in a clear and concise manner. Participate in software release and deployment processes. QUALIFICATIONS Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with website and digital platform testing, including browser and device compatibility. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Good communication and collaboration skills.
