We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stone Quarry Plant Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and monitor crushing, screening, and conveying equipment used in the production of stone materials.

Responsibilities
- Operate quarry plant equipment including crushers, screens, conveyors, and loaders.
- Monitor plant performance and make adjustments to maintain efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment.
- Identify and report mechanical issues or safety hazards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Assist with loading, stockpiling, material handling as needed.
- Complete daily production and equipment reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in quarry, mining, construction, or heavy industrial operations.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attendance and dependability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with crushing and screening plants.
- MSHA certification or other relevant safety training.
- Welding or maintenance experience is a plus.
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
