Clara Optical is looking for an ambitious sales associate who can build trust, explain value, handle objections, and close sales. You should enjoy working toward targets and take pride in helping customers find eyewear they love.
What you’ll do
- Lead the sales conversation from the first welcome through the purchase.
- Understand each customer’s lifestyle, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable eyewear.
- Explain frame and lens options clearly, making their benefits easy to understand. Including luxury brands options
- Handle price objections confidently and present available payment options.
- Follow up with undecided customers and turn conversations into completed sales.
- Work toward sales, conversion, and average purchase targets while delivering excellent service.
- Keep customer information and orders accurate, coordinating with the optical team throughout the process.
- Offer credit programs to customers

Required:
- Optical sales experience for 5 years
- Experience with credit programs
- Experience in designer frames selling
- English and Spanish proficiency!

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
