Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients a Senior Network Administrator / Network Engineer in Fort Worth, TX. The role requires 7 years of experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Juniper devices, network design, LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS). Certifications like CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network /Security are a plus.
What You Will Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPNs, wireless, and cloud networking)
- Configure and manage Cisco, Fortinet, or Juniper devices, firewalls, VLANs, IDS/IPS systems
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios
- Troubleshoot and optimize network issues using packet analysis and diagnostic tools
- Ensure network security and compliance, including SIEM log analysis
- Support cloud networking in Azure or AWS, including hybrid network integration
- Automate network tasks using tools like Ansible or Terraform (preferred)
Who You Are:
- Experienced Network Administrator / Engineer with 7 years in enterprise networking
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, or Juniper devices
- Skilled in LAN/WAN design, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS)
- Strong troubleshooting, network monitoring, and security skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and security-conscious
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network /Security are a plus
