Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Paralegal located in Charlotte, NC. The Real Estate Paralegal will provide support by preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and managing tasks related to real estate transactions. Duties include drafting and reviewing lender documents, assisting with title insurance processes, and supporting residential real estate transactions. The paralegal will collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure timely and accurate handling of all assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence
- Knowledge and experience with Title Insurance
- Expertise in managing and supporting Residential Real Estate transactions
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with relevant legal software and tools is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or a Paralegal Certificate, preferred
- Prior paralegal experience within the real estate industry is required
