Role Description The IT Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bluffton, SC. In this role, the technician will install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, network devices, and peripheral equipment for clients. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, responding to service tickets, and providing timely technical support both in person and over the phone. The IT Technician will document work performed, maintain accurate records of systems and configurations, and assist with routine maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system reliability. The role also involves collaborating with team members, educating users on basic technology practices, and delivering professional customer service during client visits.
