We are currently seeking an Assistant Controller to play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance — all while working alongside a supportive and motivated team. In this role you will work closely with our Controller to strengthen financial reporting, improve processes, and maintain required documents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Funding Source Cost Reporting
- Monthly Financials
- Cost Allocations
- Federally Negotiated Indirect Cost Reporting
- Documents and Bank Statements
- Audits

- Fixed Assets
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or previous experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field or 5 years relevant experience preferred.
Skills: Must be organized, able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and detail oriented. Must have intermediate Excel skills and be able to compute, analyze, and interpret data. Must be able to work independently and use business acumen to recognize end-goals and build / execute appropriate plans. Must have the ability to recognize and report issues or concerns pertaining to finance operations.
Miscellaneous: Must pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
