Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Care Advocate to serve as the critical bridge between our members, clinical teams, and data ecosystems. This is a white-glove customer service role designed for an exceptional communicator who will optimize our member journey from initial onboarding through continuous health tracking.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot Service Hub, using it to build automated pipelines, manage member inquiries, track retention, and eliminate any friction in the care navigation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- White-Glove Member Support: Act as the primary, elite point of contact for members via phone, email, and the Sperity app, responding seamlessly to questions regarding scheduling, diagnostics, and care roadmaps.
- HubSpot Service Desk Optimization: Maintain and scale the HubSpot Service Hub ecosystem. Manage the ticketing system, build customer service workflows, clean contact segments, and use data dashboards to monitor retention and resolution times.
- Seamless Onboarding & Logistics: Guide new members through tech onboarding—including app setup, wearable integration (WHOOP/CGM), and pre-onsite test prep—ensuring they understand the value of their metrics from day one.
- Appointment & Care Coordination: Accelerate time-to-care by coordinating blood draws, scheduling advanced imaging (such as CT Coronary Angiograms or MRIs), and capturing schedule cancellations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our executive team, Exercise Physiologists, Registered Dietitians, and Medical Doctors to ensure clinical directives translate into frictionless real-world experiences for the member.
- Strict Compliance: Securely handle member interactions and data in absolute alignment with HIPAA and Sperity regulations (PHI must be protected at all costs!).
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in a high-touch customer service, hospitality, concierge medicine, or executive client success role.
- HubSpot Service Hub Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing HubSpot Service Hub to manage service desks, ticketing, customer pipelines, and communication tracking. (HubSpot certifications are a major plus).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital health tools, white-label apps, and wearable tech ecosystems (WHOOP, continuous glucose monitors, etc.).
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex healthcare scheduling elements simply and warmly.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
