Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Ensure alignment of project goals with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
Team Leadership and Management:
Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities to team members.
Provide clear direction and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to maximize productivity and creativity.
Resource Management:
Coordinate with resource managers to allocate resources effectively for project tasks.
