- Responsible for selling the available technology consultants who are on the bench (i.e., not on current projects) to client organizations.
- Holds the responsibility for Identifying and developing business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
- Market and place bench consultants on suitable client projects.
- Negotiating on contract terms and conditions with clients and consultants.
- Maintaining close communication with consultants to understand their skills and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consulting partners.
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting sales performance, metrics, and KPIs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
