Performance Testing Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
- Translate business and technical requirements into realistic performance test
- Define performance baselines, thresholds, and acceptance criteria for assigned
- Act as technical owner for performance testing of assigned systems, ensuring test
- Validate system behavior under peak usage, sustained load, and failure conditions.
- Apply AI-assisted techniques to improve workload modeling, scenario coverage,
Analysis, Reporting & Risk Identification
- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, degradation patterns, and
- Correlate application-level results with infrastructure, database, and system
- Produce clear, data-driven performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Communicate performance risks and findings to technical and non-technical
Tooling, Automation & CI/CD Integration
- Develop and maintain automated performance test suites and reusable test assets.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps.
- Improve reliability, repeatability, and execution efficiency of performance test runs.
- Contribute to tooling evaluation through hands-on validation and technical
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to review designs from a

- Provide guidance on performance best practices during development and testing
- Participate in release readiness and go/no-go discussions from a performance

- Own the end-to-end performance validation lifecycle for assigned systems, from

- Contribute to standards, documentation, playbooks, and shared knowledge.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools, including:
- Proven experience designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance metrics and identifying root
- Experience working in CI/CD environments and collaborating with DevOps teams.
- Familiarity with cloud-based and distributed systems.
- Experience mentoring or guiding engineers in a technical capacity (preferred).
- Ability to communicate performance risks and results clearly to technical and non
