We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Executive Protection Agent to provide static protection and security for our high-profile clients. Duties
- Provide discreet and professional protective security for clients during daily activities, and events
- Operate and maintain high-performance vehicles with precision, ensuring safe transportation at all times
- Monitor access control systems and surveillance equipment to detect and respond to potential threats
- Execute emergency response procedures including first aid, CPR, and conflict management as needed
- Manage operational logistics such as route planning, vehicle maintenance coordination, and security system checks
- Document incidents, write detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of daily activities and security events
- Perform physical security tasks including heavy lifting, patrolling premises, and implementing access restrictions
Requirements
- Must have a valid VADCJS Personal Protection Specialist (PPS) license
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles; military background is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with defensive driving preferred
- Knowledge of DC area (DC, MD, & VA)
- Experience driving C-Suite Executives and Dignitaries
- Knowledge of security systems, access control systems, surveillance technology, and emergency response protocols
- Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in conflict management or operational management are a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear reports and maintain detailed documentation
- Ability to perform physical security duties, such as heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking
- Familiarity with WhatsApp for report writing and operational documentation
- Familiarity with Zello and handheld radios
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Must have valid Conceal Carry Permits (DC and VA)
- Must be comfortable wearing a suit
Pay: $40.00 per hour
