🔹 Physically fit and able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-50 lbs.
🔹 Must read and write English fluently.
🔹 Valid California Driver’s License (clean driving record).

Requirements
What You’ll Do as a Tree Groundman:
- Assist crew members in daily tree care operations, including cleanup.
- Support Trimmers and Foremen with ropes, tools, and equipment.
- Control road and sidewalk traffic when needed.
- Operate tree care equipment, spray trucks, and tow chippers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clean job sites.
- Use and maintain tools such as hand tools, chainsaws, and chippers.
- Follow strict safety protocols and be prepared for emergency situations.
- Gain hands-on experience and learn various aspects of tree care!
